TOUCHBASE INSTRUCTIONS: HOW TO USE THE ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM
TouchBase is the online payment system that Shoreline School District uses for parents to make food service payments, pay fines or to purchase items for their students such as the ASB card, athletic fees, class fees and yearbook.
To access this system you can enter the URL https://wa-shoreline.intouchreceipting.com/signin.aspx or locate the link on the Shorewood High School home page here:
Your login information is the same as the parent login for Skyward family access which is the first 5 characters of your LAST NAME plus the first 3 characters of your FIRST NAME in uppercase plus a unique 3 digit number which is usually 000 or 001. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of the students in your family. Click on the student you would like to make purchases for. (to purchase items, click on Items at Student's School and to see payment history, click on Purchase History under the Reports tab)
When you hit "shop" this will bring you to a list of item categories at your student's location. Select the category to view the available items. If you would like to purchase the item, click "Buy" and the item will be added to your cart.
When you are finished adding items, click the checkout link and you will see the contents of your cart. If done, click checkout to get to the payment screen. There is currently a $1.50 processing fee added to every purchase. To avoid multiple fees for additioanl students in your family, use the "Your Family" option at the upper left corner of the screen and add your other student's items into the shopping cart before checking out. You will only be charged the $1.50 fee once for all items in your cart. When payment is complete, you have the option to print off the receipt and the purchase will now show in the history for your student.
