2024-2025 Registration

CURRENT Shorewood students will register for courses online through Canvas and Family Access.

All registration tasks will be open Monday, March 4th, and must be completed by March 15th at 3:30 P.M.

**Note: if you are a current Shorewood student and you do not live in the Shorewood geographic zone, you must complete a Choice Transfer request every year to confirm your enrollment for next school year.**

CURRENT EIN, CK8 and HEE students will register for courses online through Canvas and Family Access.

Registration Begins March 11th, and all Registration tasks are due by March 15th by 3:30 P.M.

Your school counselor will show you the registration videos and help you find the materials to complete the process.

You will register through a Google Form on Canvas, and then enter those choices on Family Access.

Don't see access to registration through Canvas? Look at the tab below for transfer students for directions on submitting a paper registration form.

Join us for an Information Night on Wednesday, March 13th from 7:00-8:00 PM at Shorewood High School in the theatre. We'll review information for registration, and talk briefly about the high school graduation requirements, etc.

1. Students who live in Shoreline/Lake Forest Park, but are not assigned to Shorewood must FIRST apply for a Resident Transfer to attend Shorewood.

COMPLETE A RESIDENT TRANSFER REQUEST

2. Once the Resident Transfer request has been approved, use the following forms to complete and submit your registration. You may email all of your forms (Resident Transfer request included) to: sw.registration@ssd412.org

1. All students who do not live within the Shoreline School District geographic zone MUST apply for a Choice Transfer every year prior to enrollment at Shorewood.

COMPLETE A CHOICE TRANSFER REQUEST

(Choice Transfer requests for the 2024-2025 school year will be reviewed beginning the week of March 11th.)

2. When you receive notice of your transfer request being accepted by Shorewood, follow the steps to enroll with Shoreline School District and then proceed with class registration as described below.

3. Once the Choice Transfer request has been approved, use the following forms to complete and submit your registration. You may email your forms to: sw.registration@ssd412.org
