SHOREWOOD FASTPITCH SOFTBALL 2026
*We welcome all experience levels.
Start preparing now for the start of the season (March 2nd)! Meet at Meridian Park Field for tryouts at 3pm. Plan on practicing until 6 pm.
You must complete your registration in Final Forms ASAP or you risk the chance of not being eligible for the first practice.
What to bring to practice: Cleats (no metal), glove, warm clothes (no shorts) and jacket or sweatshirt. Water is also encouraged as we have no source at the field.
Get prepared for the season – Take part in captain-organized and led workout (February 25th at 4pm at Meridian Park), play catch, go to the SW weight room.
It doesn't take any talent to hustle. Go hard all of the time (Effort increases performance and sends a message about your commitment). Maintain your grades to stay eligible. Be coachable. Prove what you are worth through your effort and attitude. Be willing to sacrifice for the good of the team. You will need to compete for a position and playing time.
